Hi, I’m Paul — the baker, music lover, and heart behind Sugar & Sound Micro Bakery.
My love for baking started in my home kitchen, where music was always playing and something sweet was always in the oven. I don’t have any formal training — just a deep passion for creating food that feels like comfort, connection, and joy. In 2014, I received a life-changing kidney transplant, and ever since, I’ve leaned into what fills me up: sharing good food and good energy with the people around me.
Sugar & Sound is the beautiful blend of two things I hold close — the rhythm of music and the warmth of a fresh-baked treat. Everything I make is gluten-free, dairy-free, and made from scratch in small batches, with a lot of heart and a little soul in every bite.
